TO ENCOURAGE AND FOSTER DEVELOPMENT OF COMMODITY MARKETING AND PURCHASE OF SERVICES ON A COOP BASIS AND TO SERVE THE ECONOMIC NEEDS OF THE MEMBERSHIP.
