OUR MISSION IS TO PUT CHRISTIAN PRINCIPLES INTO PRACTICE THROUGH PROGRAMS THAT BUILD A HEALTHY SPIRIT, MIND AND BODY FOR ALL. WE HAVE BEEN SERVING OUR COMMUNITY FOR NEARLY 160 YEARS.

THE ASSOCIATION'S SCHOOL AGE CHILDCARE PROGRAM PROVIDES A UNIQUE BALANCE OF FUN, LEARNING AND PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT THROUGH PLANNED, SAFE ACTIVITIES SET TO CHANGING THEMES AT 11 SCHOOL SITES IN MARION AND POLK COUNTIES SERVING 635 FAMILIES.
MEMBERSHIP IN THE YMCA CHANGES LIVES. BY JOINING THE YMCA ONE IS IMPROVING THEIR HEALTH AND WELLNESS THROUGH INDIVIDUAL WORKOUTS, GROUP FITNESS CLASSES, AQUATICS, MARTIAL ARTS AND MORE. NO PERSON IS DENIED A MEMBERSHIP DUE TO THE INABILITY TO PAY, AS FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE FOR THOSE WHO QUALIFY.
YOUTH SPORTS PROGRAMS INCLUDE LEARN ABOUTS-DESIGNED TO INVOLVE PARENTS IN THE LEARNING PROCESS OF THE SPORT ALONG WITH THEIR CHILD, YOUTH BASKETBALL, GYMNASTICS & MOVEMENT, DANCE, AQUATICS, AND MUCH MORE. OUR SUMMER DAY CAMP FOR KIDS IN GRADES 1-9 IS LOCATED ON AN 80+ ACRE CAMP SITE OFFERING BOATING, FIELD SPORTS AND GROUP GAMES, ARCHERY, SWIMMING, CRAFTS, HIKING AND EXPLORING. OUR RESIDENT CAMP IS LOCATED IN THE LARGEST STATE PARK IN OREGON, SILVER FALLS STATE PARK AND OFFERS TRADITIONAL CAMP PROGRAMS THAT BUILD A HEALTHY SPIRIT, MIND, AND BODY FOR ALL.
