POWER OF PLACE LEARNING COMMUNITIES LAUNCHED IN JANUARY 2023, BUILDING ON OUR PREVIOUS SUCCESSES DIRECTING THE ESSEX COUNTY LEARNING COMMUNITY, WHICH IS THE ORGANIZATION'S FLAGSHIP PROGRAM. THE FIRST HALF OF THIS YEAR, WE HAVE OFFERED MORE THAN 150 HOURS OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TO MORE THAN 480 PARTICIPATING EDUCATORS. WE CURRENTLY WORK WITH 18 PARTNER SCHOOL DISTRICTS, REPRESENTING 135 SCHOOLS, 5,746 TEACHERS AND ADMINISTRATORS AND 64,602 STUDENTS. WE CONTINUE TO BUILD OUT OUR BENCH OF WORLD-CLASS PARTNERS, WITH MORE THAN 20 ORGANIZATIONS HAVING CONTRIBUTED THEIR TALENTS TO OUR COMMUNITY OF LEARNERS. OUR CURRICULUM IS HIGHLY RESPONSIVE TO EDUCATOR NEEDS, PARTICULARLY IN THE POST-PANDEMIC ERA. WE ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT EQUIPPING EDUCATORS WITH THE MINDSETS AND TOOLS THEY NEED TO TEACH AND LEAD ACROSS DIFFERENCES SO THAT ALL YOUNG PEOPLE CAN THRIVE.
