PROMOTE THE UNITY AND SELF-DETERMINATION OF THE NATIVE TRIBE MEMBERS RESIDING IN SEWARD AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS. PROGRAMS INCLUDE ADMINISTRATION, TRIBAL DEVELOPMENT, SENIORS IN HOME, SUMMER YOUTH PROGRAMS, AND OTHER LOCAL HEALTH INITIATIVES.
IN 2017, THE ORGANIZATION BEGAN OPERATING THE QUTEKCAK EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT CENTER (CDC) FOR CHILDREN 3-6 YEARS OLD. THE MISSION OF THE CENTER IS TO EMPOWER AND STRENGTHEN CHILDREN AND FAMILIES THROUGH EDUCATION, SELF-AWARENESS AND BY INCREASING OPPORTUNITIES IN SOCIAL, EMOTIONAL, PHYSICAL AND COGNITIVE AREAS THAT ARE RICH IN CULTURE.
