CROSS-CULTURAL RELATIONAL BRIDGES ARE MADE BY WELCOMING STUDENTS INTO AMERICAN HOMES FOR AN ENGLISH IMMERSION EXPERIENCE, AND FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH PROGRAMS FOR GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT IN THEIR HOME COUNTRY.
