CASE MANAGEMENT: THESE MULTI-CULTURAL CASE MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS SUPPORT HIGH-RISK YOUTH AND THEIR FAMILIES WITH INTENSIVE, LONG TERM SUPPORT BY WORKING WITH PARTNERING AGENCIES AND SUPPORTING YOUTH TO MAKE POSITIVE CHOICES IN THEIR LIVES.


LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT: THESE YOUTH LEADERSHIP TEAM PROGRAMS DEVELOP PRODUCTIVE TEAMS TO EMPOWER YOUTH BY LEARNING THE SKILLS AND ACQUIRING THE TOOLS TO CREATE COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECTS AND TO CREATE A POSITIVE IMPACT BY HELPING NEIGHBORS AND COMMUNITIES. THE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM HELPED 25 YOUTH.


EDUCATION: THE MOTIVATING YOUTH TO SUCCEED IN ACADEMICS (MYSA) PROGRAM IS AN AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM WHICH SUPPORTS YOUTH WITH DAILY HOMEWORK ASSISTANCE, PROVIDING VARIOUS ACTIVITIES TO INCREASE ACADEMIC SKILLS, AND DEVELOPING INDIVIDUALIZED ACADEMIC PLANS TO ADDRESS IDENTIFIED BARRIERS AND CHALLENGES TO SUCCESS. THE EDUCATION PROGRAM HELPED 150 YOUTH.
