VOLUNTEERS ASSIST IN THE MINISTRY OUTREACH AND ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUALS. THEY ALSO ASSIST IN THE CLERICAL AND OFFICE FUNCTIONS OF THE OUTREACH, PROVIDING WOODWORKING SKILLS IN PRACTICE AND TRAINING. VOLUNTEERS ALSO ASSIST IN THE FUNDRAISING PROJECTS IN GATHERING AND PREPARING AUCTION ITEMS, RUMMAGE SALE ITEMS,AND PROMOTIONAL EFFORTS TO PROMOTE ATTENDANCE.
