TRANSITIONAL HOUSING - DURING 2021, HELP USA OPERATED 3183 UNITS OF TRANSITIONAL HOUSING AND SERVED OVER 5,831 HOMELESS PERSONS IN FAMILY AND INDIVIDUAL TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAMS. THESE PROGRAMS OFFERED SAFE, SERVICE-RICH RESIDENTIAL ENVIRONMENTS TO THE HOMELESS RESIDENTS AND WORKED WITH THE RESIDENTS TO ACHIEVE EMPLOYMENT AND PERMANENT HOUSING.PERMANENT AFFORDABLE AND SUPPORTIVE HOUSING - DURING 2021, HELP USA OPERATED 1,151 UNITS OF PERMANENT AFFORDABLE AND SUPPORTIVE HOUSING AT 19 RESIDENCES ACROSS THE UNITED STATES. IN THESE PROGRAMS, HELP USA HOUSED FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS WHO WERE FORMERLY HOMELESS, AT RISK OF HOMELESSNESS, LIVING WITH DISABILITIES SUCH AS SERIOUS MENTAL ILLNESS. NON-RESIDENTIAL SOCIAL AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WHO ARE HOMELESS, AT RISK OF HOMELESSNESS, PREVIOUSLY HOMELESS, OR LOW INCOME.DURING 2021, HELP USA PROVIDED NON-RESIDENTIAL SOCIAL AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES TO OVER 18,000 INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF FAMILIES WHO WERE HOMELESS, AT RISK OF HOMELESSNESS OR LOW INCOME. THESE SERVICES INCLUDED HOMELESSNESS PREVENTION, RAPID RE-HOUSING, CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND EMPLOYMENT SERVICES. IN THE CASE OF HOMELESSNESS PREVENTION.
