HIV/STI TESTING AND PREP NAVIGATION: SEATTLE'S LGBTQ+ CENTER (FORMERLY GAY CITY) PROVIDES HIV AND STI TESTING, OUTREACH, AND EDUCATION. IN ADDITION, WE OFFER PREP AND HEALTHCARE NAVIGATION.


SEATTLE'S LGBTQ+ CENTER PROVIDES HEALTH EDUCATION AND SUPPORT SERVICES BY CONNECTING PEOPLE THROUGH GROUPS, FORUMS, TRAINING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, WORKSHOPS AND THE LGBTQ+ RESOURCE AND REFERRAL LINE. IN 2023, SEATTLE'S LGBTQ+ CENTER WAS ABLE TO HELP OVER 300 COMMUNITY MEMBERS THROUGH HEALTH ADVOCACY, HEALTH CARE ENROLLMENT, RESOURCE REFERRAL, AS WELL AS ASSISTANCE WITH DISCOUNTED PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION CARDS.


SEATTLE'S LGBTQ+ CENTER PROMOTES PROTECTIVE FACTORS THAT SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT AND SELF-DETERMINATION OF LGBTQ+ YOUTH THROUGH A PRE-FILING DIVERSION PROGRAM, ARTS PROGRAMMING, A YOUTH ADVISORY COUNCIL, MENTORSHIP PROGRAMS, AND A YOUTH ADVOCACY MEDIA GROUP.
