INVESTIGATE CLAIMS OF DISCRIMINATION AND ASSIST CLIENTS WITH FILING ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLAINTS. EDUCATE HOUSING PROVIDERS AND THE COMMUNITY ON FAIR HOUSING LAWS.
