THE COALITION CONTRIBUTES PRACTICAL, SCALABLE EXPERTISE TO ADVOCATE FOR SOUND POLICY, DEPLOYS EVIDENCE-BASED MODELS OF CARE, SUPPORTS FUNDING, ADVANCES KNOWLEDGE AND BEST PRACTICES, AND CREATES SYSTEMS THAT IMPROVE THE HEALTH OF INDIVIDUALS AND COMMUNITIES. FOURFRONT CONTRIBUTOR (FC), PREVIOUSLY KNOWN AS BEHAVIORAL HEALTH NORTHWEST (BHN), OFFERS A FULL RANGE OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES TO HEALTH PLANS AND STATE AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES. WE CAN PROVIDE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES TO CHILDREN, ADULTS AND OLDER ADULTS. OUR SERVICES RANGE FROM BRIEF THERAPY TO INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT TO RESIDENTIAL AND INPATIENT OPTIONS. WE EMPLOY A VARIETY OF PROVIDER TYPES INCLUDING CASE MANAGERS, THERAPISTS, PSYCHIATRIC PRESCRIBERS, EMPLOYMENT SPECIALISTS, PEER COUNSELORS, AND CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY PROVIDERS. FC ALSO OFFERS A RANGE OF ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS NECESSARY FOR MOST CONTRACTORS SUCH AS HEALTH PLANS AND STATE, REGIONAL AND COUNTY AUTHORITIES.FC CAN PROVIDE BRIEF, SOLUTION-FOCUSED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH INTERVENTIONS INTEGRATED IN A PRIMARY CARE SETTING.
