WPHP FACILITATED REHABILITATION AND PROVIDED MONITORING SERVICES FOR 239 PHYSICIANS AND OTHER HEALTH CARE PRACTITIONERS WHO HAVE PHYSICAL OR MENTAL CONDITIONS THAT COULD COMPROMISE PATIENT SAFETY. WPHP RECEIVED AND EVALUATED 126 REFERRALS, ADMITTED 60 PARTICIPANTS INTO THE PROGRAM, AND DISCHARGED 66 PARTICIPANTS DURING 2021. WPHP PROVIDED 51 EDUCATIONAL PRESENTATIONS TO APPROXIMATELY 3,433 HEALTH CARE PRACTITIONERS ON THE TOPIC OF PHYSICIAN HEALTH DURING 2021.
