WPHP FACILITATED REHABILITATION AND PROVIDED MONITORING SERVICES FOR 222 PHYSICIANS AND OTHER HEALTH CARE PRACTITIONERS WHO HAVE PHYSICAL OR MENTAL CONDITIONS THAT COULD COMPROMISE PATIENT SAFETY. WPHP RECEIVED AND EVALUATED 146 REFERRALS, ADMITTED 63 PARTICIPANTS INTO THE PROGRAM, AND DISCHARGED 80 PARTICIPANTS DURING 2022. WPHP PROVIDED 43 EDUCATIONAL PRESENTATIONS TO APPROXIMATELY 4,012 HEALTH CARE PRACTITIONERS ON THE TOPIC OF PHYSICIAN HEALTH DURING 2022.
