PRELIMINARY SITE PLANS FOR THE PROPOSED VILLAGE FOR HOMELESS VETERANS WAS DRAFTED AND REVISED BY THE CIVIL ENGINEERING FIRM HIRED FOR THIS PURPOSE.3. CONDUCTED A REVIEW OF THE PRELIMINARY SITE PLANS WITH THE ENGINEERING FIRMS AND APPROPRIATE CITY REPRESENTATIVES, AND DEVELOP PROJECT REQUIREMENTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS MOVING FORWARD.
