THE COACHING FELLOWSHIP NURTURES AND BRINGS TOGETHER THE WORLD'S HIGH POTENTIAL YOUNG WOMEN LEADERS OF IMPACT. WE BELIEVE THAT THROUGH THE COMBINATION OF COACHING AND FELLOWSHIP AT A CRUCIAL POINT IN THEIR CAREER, YOUNG WOMEN LEADERS WILL MANIFEST THE CHANGE THEY WANT TO BE AND SEE IN THE WORLD FASTER AND AT AN EXPONENTIALLY GREATER SCALE. TOGETHER, WE ARE BRINGING FORWARD A NEW GENRATION OF WOMEN LEADERS BUILDING THE WORLD OF TOMORROW TODAY.

THE PROGRAM IS A TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE THAT COACHES AND TRAINS WOMEN. IT ALSO CHANGES LEADERS FROM AROUND THE WORLD. DESIGNED TO ACCELERATE LEADERSHIP CAPACTY AND IMPACT, IT IS SPECIFICALLY CREATED FOR WOMEN WORKING IN SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL CHANGE. IN THE FALL OF 2O23, THE PROGRAM EXPANDED FROM A 6-MONTH PROGRAM TO A 9-MONTH PROGRAM. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES FOR COACHING, CONTINUED LEARNING, AND TRAINING PROGRAMS TO ALUMNAE.
