WE ARE THE ONLY NEURODEVELOPMENT CENTER PROVIDING EARLY INTERVENTION SERVICES FOR CHILDREN BIRTH TO AGE 3 WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DELAYS IN ISLAND AND SAN JUAN COUNTIES IN WASHINGTON STATE. SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY SPEACH THERAPISTS, MOTOR THERAPISTS, INFANT TODDLER EDUCATORS, PARENT SUPPORT SPECIALISTS, AND FAMILY RESOURCES COORDINATORS. EARLY SUPPORT SERVICES BUILD UPON FAMILY STRENGTHS BY PROVIDING THERAPY, EDUCATION, PARENT SUPPORT, AND RESOURCES COORDINATION TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DELAYS AND/OR DISABILITIES THROUGH EVERYDAY LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES. IN EARLY 2020, THE ORGANIZATION WAS DIRECTLY IMPACTED BY THE CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK COVID-19. HOWEVER, TODDLER LEARNING CENTER HAS ADAPTED AND HAS BEEN ABLE TO CONTINUE TO DELIVER ESSENTIAL SERVICES.
