GROW BUILDS HEALTHY AND DIVERSE COMMUNITIES BY FOSTERING COMMUNITY GARDENS, URBAN FARMS AND GREEN SPACE. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT, PARTNERSHIPS LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, ADVOCACY AND ACQUIRING OPEN SPACES FOR COMMUNITY GARDENS.

GROW SERVES AS FISCAL SPONSOR OF FIFTY THREE COMMUNITY GARDENS THAT ARE ENGAGED IN SEVENTY-TWO DIFFERENT PROJECTS THAT ALIGN WITH THE MISSION AND THE VISION OF THE ORGANIZATION. GROW ACCEPTS AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR GRANT MONIES AND OTHER DONATIONS RECEIVED ON BEHALF OF A COMMUNITY GARDEN OR GARDENING PROJECT. GROW IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THE ACCURATE ACCOUNTING OF ALL GIFTS, GRANTS, PAYABLES, OBLIGATIONS AND DISBURSEMENTS AND THAT REPORTINGS REQUIREMENTS ARE MET.
