EVERETT FIRE DEPARTMENT RELATED CLOTHING PURCHASED BY THE ASSOCIATION FOR RESALE AT COST AS A CONVENIENCE TO ACTIVE AND RETIRED MEMBERS
ANTIQUE MUSEUM & MEETING SPACE USED FOR THE ORGANIZATIONS ACTIVITIES EVENTS, AND ESCORTED PUBLIC TOURS. THE SPACE IS ALSO MADE AVAILABLE TO UNAFFILIATED EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS AT LESS THAN MARKET RENTAL VALUE FOR THE PURPOSE OF AIDING THOSE TENANTS EXEMPT FUNCTIONS. THE BUILDING USE IS 85% FOR EXEMPT FUNCTIONS.
FIRE STATIONS - SEVEN STATIONS ARE SUPPLIED WITH VARIOUS ITEMS SUCH AS MAGAZINES, RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT, LAUNDY, NEWSPAPERS, TV CABLE AND SUPPLIES PAID WITH MEMBER DUES
