FIRE PROGRAM: PROVIDE FIRE PROTECTION IN SERVICE AREA OUTLINED IN THE FIRE CONTRACT WITH FNSB. SERVICE AREA ENCOMPASSES APPROXIMATELY 32 SQ MILES AND 9500 RESIDENTS. DURING THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2022, 149 FIRE CALLS WERE RESPONDED TO AND 44067 HOURS OF VOLUNTEER FIRE FIGHTING SERVICES WERE CONTRIBUTED. MAJOR FUNDING FOR THE CONTRACT COMES FROM TAXES LEVIED BY THE FNSB ON PROPERTY WITHIN THE SERVICE AREA.
EMS PROGRAM: EMS CONTRACT WITH THE FNSB TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO THE AREAS OUTLINED IN THE CONTRACT. DURING THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2022, 798 EMS CALLS WERE RESPONDED TO. MAJOR FUNDING FOR THIS CONTRACT COMES FROM TAXES LEVIED ON PROPERTY WITHIN THE SERVICE AREAS BY THE FNSB.
