THE MISSION OF WVHS IS TO SERVE THE COMMUNITY THROUGH EDUCATION, PROTECTION AND PET ADOPTIONS. WE CONTINUE OUR MISSION BY TAKING CARE OF DISPLACED PETS, RESCUING INJURED AND LOST ANIMALS, PROVIDING SPAY/NEUTER PROGRAMS, INVESTIGATING CRUELTIES AND FINDING HOMES FOR ORPHANED ANIMALS.
