CARA'S HOUSE SERVES AS THE OPOEN IN-TAKE SHELTER IN ASCENSION PARISH. CARA'S HOUSE TAKES ANIMALS FROM ANIMAL CONTROL AS WELL AS OWNER SURRENDERS AND FINDS THEM NEW HOMES. IT IS OUR MISSION TO FIND NEW HOMES FOR AS MANY HOMELESS PETS AS POSSIBLE IN ASCENSION AND SURROUNDING PARISHES.

CARA'S HOUSE PROVIDES RABIES TAGS TO LOCAL VETERINARIANS TO HELP FUND THE SHELTER OPERATIONS.
