TO OPERATE AN 25-BED LICENSED LONG-TERM NURSING FACILITY. PROVIDED 6,787 RESIDENT DAYS OF CARE DURING 2021, SERVING THE ELDERLY IN THE CITY OF CLEVELAND, OHIO WITH DIGNIFIED CARE IN GRACIOUS SURROUNDINGS. OFFERED LIVING WITH NURSING CARE. PROVIDED NO-COST OR REDUCED COST CARE TO RESIDENTS WHO MET CERTAIN SPECIFIED CRITERIA UNDER THE ORGANIZATION'S CHARITY CARE POLICY. OFFERED A STIMULATING VARIETY OF SOCIAL ACTIVITIES AND CULTURAL PROGRAMS TO RESIDENTS. PROVIDED A SAFE AND SECURE ENVIRONMENT WHILE MAXIMIZING THE RESIDENTS' INDEPENDENCE AND SELF-ESTEEM.
