THE MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAM PROVIDES MENTAL HEALTH CARE ACROSS THE LIFESPAN TO THE SOUTHWEST DENVER COMMUNITY. THIS PROGRAM CURRENTLY CONSISTS OF GROUP ACTIVITIES FOR TEENS AND THE CONNECTION TO RESOURCES AND CLINICAL CASE MANAGEMENT. THE FOOD SOVEREIGNTY PROGRAM WORKS WITH COMMUNITY MEMBERS IMPACTED BY FOOD INSECURITY TO PROVIDE FOOD ON A WEEKLY BASIS THROUGH OUR FOOD SHARE AND SUPPORT IMPACTED COMMUNITY MEMBERS TO GROW FOOD FOR THEIR FAMILIES. THE COMMUNITY ORGANIZING DEVELOPS COMMUNITY ORGANIZING SKILLS AND EMPLOYS DIRECTLY IMPACTED COMMUNITY MEMBERS IN SOUTHWEST DENVER MEMBERS TO ENGAGE RESIDENTS IN THE CO-CREATION OF PROGRAMS, SPACES, AND ACTIONS THAT MEET OUR COMMUNITY NEEDS AND TRANSFORM THE SYSTEMS THAT AFFECT US.
