SUFFIT, INC. IS AN ORGANIZATION THAT SEEKS TO PARTNER WITH PEOPLE STRUGGLING WITH ADDICTION THAT MAY BE INVOLVED IN SERVING A SENTENCE IN A CORRECTIONAL FACILITY OR IN AN EARLY INTERVENTION PROGRAM THROUGH A SPECIALTY COURT. OUR PROGRAM IS A 15 MONTH CULINARY ART PROGRAM THAT HAS 5 COMPONENTS. THEY ARE: 1. CULINARY ARTS AND HOSPITALITY PROGRAM THROUGH THE AUGUSTE ESCOFFIER SCHOOL OF CULINARY ARTS ONLINE CAMPUS. 2. CHRISTIAN DISCIPLESHIP THROUGH DAILY MORNING PRAYER AND BIBLE TEACHING ONE NIGHT A WEEK FROM VARIOUS TEACHERS WITH AN EMPHASIS ON RECOVERY. INTERACTING WITH MEMBERS OF THE BODY OF CHRIST IN ORDER TO CREATE A SAFE SPACE FOR RELATIONSHIPS TO DEVELOP THAT ARE INTEGRAL TO HEALING. 3. PHYSICAL WELLNESS: WE EMPHASIZE THE IMPORTANCE OF SOUND NUTRITION AS WE LEARN ABOUT INGREDIENTS AND REGULAR EXERCISE. WE HOPE TO HAVE AN EXERCISE CLASS ONCE A WEEK AT OUR FACILITY. 4.
