THE SOLOMON LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS MISSION IS TO CULTIVATE FUTURE LEADERS WHO HAVE A STRONG ETHICAL IDENTITY AND MORAL COMPASS AND WANT TO GIVE BACK TO THEIR COMMUNITIES. SOLOMONS UNIQUE FORMULA GIVES PARTICIPANTS A BROAD PERSPECTIVE ON LEADERSHIP, SUCCESS, AND THE UNDERPINNING CHARACTER AND SKILLS NEEDED FOR EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP. THIS ENABLES PARTICIPANTS TO ENVISION THEMSELVES AS STRONG LEADERS OF THE FUTURE, GIVING THEM THE DRIVE TO AGGRESSIVELY PURSUE THEIR GOALS AND HAVE GREATER INFLUENCE AS LEADERS.

SOLOMON LEADERSHIP PROGRAM PROVIDES PROGRAMMING FOR NONDENOMINATIONAL YOUTH GROUPS AND RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATIONS SEEKINGS MEANINGFUL TEEN PROGRAMMING FOR THEIR COMMUNITIES. SOLOMON ENVISIONS BECOMING A WELL-KNOWN AND PRESTIGIOUS ORGANIZATION WITH CHAPTERS ACROSS THE UNITED STATES AND INTERNATIONALLY. IN THE 2022-23 FISCAL YEAR, IT OPERATED 9 CHAPTERS THROUGHOUT 4 STATES AND PROVINCES, AND LED 72 SESSIONS WITH 165 GRADUATES, WITH A TOTAL OF 399 COLLEGE CREDITS EARNED.
