ACCELERATOR: DEMOCRATIZING PHILANTHROPY PROJECT'S ACCELERATOR PROGRAM IS A COHORT-BASED MODEL DESIGNED TO SUPPORT PROGRESSIVE NON-PROFITS IN GROWING THEIR CAPACITY AROUND SMALL DONOR REVENUE GENERATION. UTILIZING LEAD GENERATION AND OTHER DIGITAL FUNDRAISING TACTICS, PARTICIPATING ORGANIZATIONS WILL COME TOGETHER OVER FOUR MONTHS FOR WEEKLY WORKSHOPS, INDIVIDUALIZED COACHING, AND ASYNCHRONOUS LEARNING VIA A SHARED SLACK CHANNEL AND GOOGLE DRIVE. ORGANIZATIONS IN AN ACCELERATOR COHORT ALSO RECEIVE CAPACITY BUILDING GRANTS AND ALONG WITH ADDITIONAL GRANT INVESTMENTS FOR LEAD GENERATION. THE ACCELERATOR COHORT AIMS TO BUILD LARGER, MORE ENGAGED EMAIL LISTS WHILE PROVIDING SUPPORT TO CONVERT THOSE NAMES INTO TRUSTED ACTIVISTS AND COMMITTED DONORS.

SPRINGBOARD: DPP'S SPRINGBOARD PROGRAM IS DESIGNED FOR ORGANIZATIONS WHO ARE INTERESTED IN SMALL DONOR REVENUE GENERATION BUT MAY NOT HAVE THE CAPACITY OR INFRASTRUCTURE FOR THE MORE INVOLVED ACCELERATOR COHORT. SPRINGBOARD PROGRAMS RANGE FROM A MORE FORMAL EIGHT-WEEK COHORT TO ONE-TIME WORKSHOPS OR INDIVIDUALIZED CONSULTING SESSIONS. SPRINGBOARD PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED AS ENTRY-LEVEL ACCESS POINTS FOR A WIDE VARIETY OF ORGANIZATIONS TO BEGIN TO BUILD AND REFINE THEIR SMALL DONOR PROGRAM.

POWERPROGRESS: POWER PROGRESS IS AN ANNUAL END-OF-YEAR CAMPAIGN AND CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAM. PARTICIPATING ORGANIZATIONS EXPERIENCE COHORT- BASED LEARNING THROUGH WEEKLY WORKSHOPS WHILE UTILIZING A BRANDED CAMPAIGN TOOLKIT TO PROMOTE THEIR FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN. BEFORE AND DURING THE CAMPAIGN, ORGANIZATIONS HAVE ACCESS TO EXPERT FUNDRAISING AND MARKETING PROFESSIONALS, AS WELL AS PEER LEARNING VIA A SHARED SLACK CHANNEL. DPP SUPPORTS ORGANIZATIONS IN THIS CAMPAIGN BY MATCHING DONATIONS RAISED DURING NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER UP TO 10,000.
