THE ORGANIZATION CARRIES OUT ITS MISSION AT THE LOCAL, STATE, AND NATIONAL LEVELS THROUGH DIRECT SERVICES, ADVOCACY, RESEARCH, POLICY ANALYSIS, COMMUNITY MOBILIZATION, COLLABORATION AND COMMUNICATIONS.
