THE LAND, CONFERENCE CENTER BUILDINGS, AND EQUIPMENT WITH FAIR MARKET VALUE TOTALING $8,224,205 WERE TRANSFERED FROM THE CHURCH TO THE MENUCHA RETREAT AND CONFERENCE CENTER. THIS TRANSFER IS REPORTED IN THE ACCOMPANYING FORM 990 AS CONTRIBUTION REVENUE FROM FPC.
