THE YAMPA RIVER BOTANIC PARK SOCIETY IS THE FUNDRAISING AND ADVOCACY PARTNER OF THE YAMPA RIVER BOTANIC PARK ASSOCIATION. THE SOCIETY SUPPORTS THE ASSOCIATION'S MISSION THROUGH FUNDRAISING, ADVOCACY, PROMOTING AWARENESS, BUILDING AND SUSTAINING MEMBERSHIPS AND PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES. THE SOLE OBJECTIVE FOR RAISING FUNDS IS TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR THE CAPITAL, PROGRAMMING AND OPERATING EXPENSES THAT THE ASSOCIATION INCURS WHILE FULFILLING ITS PURPOSE.

THE SOCIETY FUNDS ALL OF THE PROGRAMMING, CAPITAL AND OPERATING EXPENSES OF THE YAMPA RIVER BOTANIC PARK. EXPENSES REPRESENT THE OPERATING EXPENSES OF THE PARK FOR THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2023 THAT WERE PAID BY THE CITY OF STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, CO AND REIMBURSED BY THE SOCIETY.


THE SOCIETY FUNDS ALL OF THE PROGRAMMING, CAPITAL AND OPERATING EXPENSES OF THE YAMPA RIVER BOTANIC PARK. THE EXPENSE REPRESENTS FUNDS RAISED BY THE SOCIETY FOR IMPROVEMENT AND EXPANSION OF THE PARK'S PARKING FACILITIES. THESE EXPENSES WERE PAID VIA A GRANT TO THE YAMPA RIVER CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT FUND HELD BY THE YAMPA VALLEY COMMUNITY FOUNDATION.
