PROVISION OF CRISIS MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES, SCREENING/ASSESSMENT/DIAGNOSIS/RISK ASSESSMENT, PATIENT-CENTERED TREATMENT PLANNING, OUTPATIENT MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE USE SERVICES, OUTPATIENT CLINIC PRIMARY CARE SCREENING/MONITORING, TARGETED CASE MANAGEMENT, PSYCHIATRIC REHABILITATION SERVICES, AND PEER SUPPORT/FAMILY SUPPORT COUNSELOR SERVICES.


PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL DRUG AND ALCOHOL COUNSELING AND TREATMENT SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN THE DRUG COURT PROGRAM.
