(ASSOCIATION) WAS INCORPORATED IN 1971 TO ASSIST ITS MEMBERS, COMPRISED OF HOSPITALS LOCATED IN NEVADA, AND TO WORK COLLABORATIVELY WITH ITS ASSOCIATE MEMBERS, COMPRISED OF OTHER HEALTH SERVICES ENTITIES LOCATED IN NEVADA, IN FULFILLING THEIR RESPECTIVE MISSIONS OF PROVIDING HIGH QUALITY, HIGH VALUE HEALTHCARE SERVICES TO THEIR COMMUNITIES.
