THE OPPORTUNITY CENTER ("TOC") IS A NONPROFIT CORPORATION WHOSE MISSION IS TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF ALL PARTICIPANTS BY EMPOWERING THEM TO DEVELOP THE PHYSICAL, SOCIAL, AND EMOTIONAL SKILLS THAT DEFINE HEALTHY,RESILIENT, AND SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS. THE ORGANIZATION'S GOAL IS TO TRANSFORM MILWAUKEE INTO A MORE EQUITABLEREGION THROUGH EDUCATION, SPORT, AND INCLUSION.
