LAKESIDE SCHOOL DISTRICT FRIENDS OF THE FINE ARTS BOOSTER CLUB SUPPORTS THE FINE ARTS PROGRAM STUDENTS AND FACULTY AT LAKESIDE HIGH SCHOOL BY FUNDRAISING TO COVER EXPENSES RELATED TO THEATRE PRODUCTIONS AND CHOIR PERFORMANCES AS WELL AS NECESSARY RELATED PROGRAMMING EXPENSES FOR TRAVEL AND COMPETITIONS FOR STUDENTS.

EVERY THIRD YEAR THE LAKESIDE CHOIRS GO TO DISNEY WORLD TO ATTEND A CHORAL CLINIC. LAKESIDE FRIENDS OF THE FINE ARTS BOOSTER CLUB HELPS TO ORGANIZE AND FUND THE TRIP. STUDENTS PAY A PORTION OF THE EXPENSES AS WELL.


COOKIE DOUGH FUNDRAISING - THE CHOIR STUDENTS AT LAKESIDE HIGH SCHOOL SELL COOKIE DOUGH TO THE COMMUNITY TO RAISE MONEY PRIMARILY FOR PRODUCTION EXPENSES RELATED TO THE ANNUAL MUSICAL.


ANNUAL GLOW RUN - THE LAKESIDE FRIENDS OF THE FINE ARTS BOOSTER CLUB AND FINE ARTS STUDENTS PUT ON A "GLOW RUN" FOR FAMILIES AT LAKESIDE AND THE COMMUNITY. IT'S A 5K WALK RUN COURSE AT NIGHT WITH FLORESCENT GLOW POWDER BLACK LIGHTS AND A FOAM PARTY AT THE END.
