THE GOAL OF THE PARTNERSHIP IS TO CLOSE THE COLLEGE GRADUATION GAP FOR SAN ANTONIO BY HAVING ITS STUDENTS GRADUATE FROM HIGH SCHOOL, ENROLL IN COLLEGE, AND EARN A COLLEGE DEGREE AND/OR CERTIFICATE. SERVICES PROVIDED TO STUDENTS THROUGH THE HIGH SCHOOL SERVICES COMPONENT AND CAFE COLLEGE FOCUS ON FIVE KEY AREAS WITH THE FOLLOWING OBJECTIVES:COLLEGE ASPIRATIONS & GOAL SETTING - HELPING STUDENTS SET AND KEEP SHORT AND LONG-TERM ACADEMIC AND CAREER GOALS BY BUILDING A COLLEGE-GOING FUTURE.COLLEGE AND CAREER EXPLORATION AND PLANNING - INCREASING AWARENESS OF CAREER OPPORTUNITIES AND ASSISTING WITH PLANNING OF CAREER PATHS, TO INCLUDE INCREASING STUDENT KNOWLEDGE AND AWARENESS OF STEM FIELDS FOR CAREER OPPORTUNITIES IN SAN ANTONIO.
