ENTREPRENEURIAL FELLOWSHIPS: (1) THE TINY FELLOWSHIP SERVES AS AN IN-DEPTH, HANDS-ON EXPLORATION OF AN EXISTING CONCEPT. TINY PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS LEAVE POSITIONED TO CONTINUE GROWING THEIR ORGANIZATION ON THEIR OWN. TINY OFFERS INTENSIVE FINANCIAL AND EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT DURING AND AFTER THE PROGRAM. (2) THE ESSENTIALS FELLOWSHIP EXISTS AS A FIRST-CHECK, FIRST-STAGE DEVELOPMENT AND INITIAL TESTING OF AN IDEA IN ORDER TO SHOW EFFICACY AND DEVELOP A PITCH FOR NEXT-STAGE FUNDING.
ALUMNI PATHWAYS - 4.0 ALUMNI WILL GROW EXPERTISE AND APPLY MINDSETS, SKILLS AND RELATIONSHIPS AS EDUCATION CHANGEMAKERS. ALL 4.0 ALUMNI ARE SUPPORTED TO GROW IN THEIR ROLE AND/OR MOVE FROM ROLE TO ROLE. PHILANTHROPIC FELLOWSHIP - CHANGEMAKERS WILL LEARN HOW TO COLLECTIVELY SET FUNDING AGENDAS, RAISE POOLED FUNDS, AND WRITE CHECKS THROUGH A DEMOCRATIC GIVING PROCESS. THE PHILANTHROPIC FELLOWSHIP FOCUSES ON GUIDING INDIVIDUALS IN DEVELOPING AND PRACTICING THE IDENTITY OF PHILANTHROPISTS. FUNDERS QUALIFYING FOR THIS PROGRAM COMMIT TO INVESTING A MINIMUM OF $1,000 INTO THE GIVING CIRCLE TO BE DEPLOYED TO 4.0 ALUMNI.
