INVESTMENTS: THE INVESTMENTS PROGRAM CONSISTS OF ESSENTIALS AND TINY FELLOWSHIPS. ESSENTIALS IS AN INTENSIVE, THREE-DAY WORKSHOP WHERE WE TEACH ASPIRING ENTREPRENEURS TO PRECISELY DEFINE THE PROBLEM THEY'RE TRYING TO SOLVE. TINY FELLOWSHIPS - A SELF-PACED, OPT-IN PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES EARLY-STAGE ENTREPRENEURS WITH THE COACHING, CAPITAL, AND COMMUNITY THEY NEED TO VALIDATE AND TEST A WEEK TO A SEMESTER-LONG PILOT OF THEIR NEW SCHOOL OR LEARNING SPACE WITHOUT QUITTING THEIR DAY JOBS.
ECOSYSTEM: THE ECOSYSTEM PROGRAM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING NEW LEADS INTO OUR LEADER PIPELINE AND MOVING QUALIFIED LEADS THROUGH OUR PIPELINE TO OUR PROGRAM APPLICATIONS AS WELL AS OVERALL ORGANIZATIONAL OUTREACH AND PROMOTION. THE PROGRAM ALSO PROVIDES GRADUATES OF THE TINY FELLOWSHIP COACHING AND CONNECTIONS THAT SUPPORT THEM AS THEY SEEK TO GROW THEIR VENTURES. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, COACHING ON HOW TO WRITE QUALITY APPLICATIONS TO OTHER FELLOWSHIPS AND PROGRAMS, MONTHLY NEWSLETTERS RELAYING OPPORTUNITIES 4POINT0 HAS IDENTIFIED FOR GRADUATES, AND ACCESS TO RESOURCES FOR TEAMS TO CLEARLY ARTICULATE THE IMPACT OF THE PILOTS THEY COMPLETE IN THE TINY FELLOWSHIP. 4POINT0 ALSO DIRECTLY CONNECTS ALUMNI TO VARIOUS OPPORTUNITIES AND PARTNERS THAT FOUNDERS HAVE INDICATED THEY WANT TO CONNECT WITH.
