WE SERVE AS A PRIVATELY FUNDED, NONPROFIT RESOURCE AND SUPPORTER OF THE DOWNTOWN INVESTMENT AUTHORITY (DIA) AND DOWNTOWN VISION, INC. (DVI) TO REINFORCE DOWNTOWN AS THE CITYS UNIQUE EPICENTER FOR BUSINESS, HISTORY, CULTURE, EDUCATION AND ENTERTAINMENT.
