THESE ORGANIZATIONS CONDUCTED EXTENSIVE MAIL, PAID PHONE, RADIO AND ONLINE ADVERTISING PROGRAM TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ON ISSUES BEING DEBATED IN THE STATE AND INCREASING AWARENESS OF THE ACTIONS OF GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AT THE STATE LEVEL.
