TO HELP YOUNG WOMEN FIND THEIR WORTH WITHIN THEMSELVES THROUGH ENCOURAGEMENT, ONE-ON-ONE MEETINGS, SPEAKING EVENTS AND THE USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA. OVER 500 FOLLOWERS ON INSTAGRAM, 75 YOUTUBE SUBSCRIBERS, AND CONNECTIONS AROUND THE US. THE FIRST YEAR OF THE ORGANIZATION (2021) WAS SPENT BUILDING MISSION AND VISION AWARENESS. THE ORGANIZATION BEGAN PLANNING FOR THE FIRST CONFERENCE EVENT THAT WAS HELD IN APRIL 2022. THE EXPENSES NOT SPENT ON THIS PROGRAM SERVICE DURING THE YEAR, WERE RELATED TO THE INITIAL STARTUP OF THE ORGANIZATION.
