PEACEFUL PASTURES DONKEY RESCUE IS DEDICATED TO ENDING CRUELTY TOWARD DONKEYS IN THE UNITED STATES. WE RESCUE REHABILITATE REHOME AND OR PROVIDE SANCTUARY TO ABUSED NEGLECTED MALNOURISHED ILL AND ELDERLY DONKEYS AND EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE PLIGHT OF ALL EQUINES.

PEACEFUL PASTURES DONKEY RESCUE REHABILITATES THE RESCUED DONKEYS BY PROVIDING MEDICAL NUTRITIONAL AND BEHAVIORAL SUPPORT PRIOR TO ADOPTING THEM TO CAREFULLY VETTED LOVING HOMES. WE COMPLETED REHABILITATION WITH MANY OF THE RESCUES AND WERE ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY ADOPT OUT 25 EQUINES IN 2022. TO DATE NONE OF OUR ADOPTED ANIMALS WERE RETURNED AND ALL REMAIN HAPPY AND HEALTHY IN THEIR NEW HOMES.
PEACEFUL PASTURES DONKEY RESCUE TAKES IN ABUSED NEGLECTED MALNOURISHED AND UNWANTED DONKEYS. IN 2022 WE RESCUED AND ACCEPTED 166 NEW EQUINES IN NEED INTO THE RESCUE. THESE ANIMALS CAME FROM SURRENDERS AUCTIONS AND KILL PENS AROUND THE UNITED STATES.
PEACEFUL PASTURES DONKEY RESCUE HOSTS MULTIPLE ANNUAL EVENTS ATTENDS PUBLIC EVENTS AND HAS A PRESENCE ON SOCIAL MEDIA TO HELP EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE MISTREATMENT AND CRUELTY EXPERIENCED BY DONKEYS. WE EDUCATED ROUGHLY 750 PEOPLE ABOUT THE COMMON MISTREATMENT OF THE DONKEY IN 2 SEPARATE EVENTS. WE ALSO CONDUCTED TOURS THAT WERE EDUCATIONAL AND INTERACTIVE AND WE ATTENDED 2 LOCAL EVENTS TO INCREASE AWARENESS. WE ALSO MAINTAIN ACCOUNTS ON MULTIPLE SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS BUT THE PRIMARY USED IS FACEBOOK. OUR FACEBOOK FOLLOWING IS GROWING. AS OF THE DAY OF THIS WRITING FACEBOOK REPORTS WE REACHED 495,100 PEOPLE IN THE LAST 90 DAYS. WE INTEND TO USE THIS AVENUE FOR EDUCATIONAL OUTREACH.
