THE LARGEST PROGRAM AND MAIN PURPOSE OF THIS CORPORATION IS TO COMBAT HOMELESSNESS BY PROVIDING AFFORDABLE HOUSING, MATCHING HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS TO SUPPORTIVE RESOURCES, AND PROVIDING AND/OR FINDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR INCREASED SELF-SUFFICIENCY; CREATE AND MAINTAIN A SAFE AND SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY BASED ON CHRISTIAN VALUES FOR THOSE RECOVERING FROM HOMELESSNESS, WHILE ENCOURAGING A SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY AND BELONGING; AND DECREASE THE RISK OF INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES BECOMING HOMELESS BY PROVIDING EDUCATION, COUNSEL, AND MATCHING THEM WITH APPROPRIATE RESOURCES. WE STARTED CONSTRUCTION ON OUR FIRST HOUSING PROJECT IN OCTOBER 2022 FOR THOSE EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS, WITH AN EXPECTED COMPLETION DATE OF JULY 2023. WE ALSO SECURED TWO CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS FROM THE CITY TO CONSTRUCT ADDITIONAL HOUSING AND A HEALTH CENTER.
