REACH FOR YOUR POTENTIAL, INC IS A PROVIDER OF ADULT DAYCARE SERVICES AND REHABILITATION/HOUSING OF DISABLED INDIVIDUALS SERVING APPROXIMATELY 135 INDIVIDUALS FROM IOWA CITY AND THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES.

DAILY RESIDENTIAL SERVICES ARE DESIGNED TO FULLY SUPPORT THE NEEDS OF EACH PERSON, AS WELL AS TO ASSIST THEM IN ACHIEVING THEIR HOPES AND DREAMS. DAILY SERVICES INCLUDING ROUND-THE-CLOCK CARE ARE PROVIDED IN PRIVATE RESIDENCES.
THE DAY HABILITATION SERVICES PROVIDE DAYTIME SUPPORT AND SUPERVISION, AND INCLUDE FIELD TRIPS AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES.
HOURLY RESIDENTIAL SERVICES ARE TARGETED TO ASSIST WITH SPECIFIC NEEDS. THEY ARE DESIGNED TO TEACH DAILY LIVING SKILLS, SUCH AS COOKING, MONEY MANAGEMENT, AND TO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS IN ACHIEVING THEIR GOALS FOR GREATER INDEPENDANCE.
