HOUSING - JFS HOUSING, INC., DEVELOPS AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR LOW- AND MODERATE-INCOME INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES, SENIORS AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. OUR CAMPUS COMMUNITY PROVIDES RESIDENTS WITH MORE THAN A PLACE TO LIVE. THIS IS TRULY HOME, WITH ALL THE AMENITIES TO LIVE AN ACTIVE LIFE. WHAT MAKES OUR COMMUNITY TRULY UNIQUE IS HOW IT FOSTERS SOCIAL INTERACTION AMONG NEIGHBORS, YET ENSURES SECURITY AND PRIVACY.SERVICES PROVIDED INCLUDE HOUSEKEEPING, TRANSPORTATION, MEDICATION SETUP, EMERGENCY CALL SYSTEM, PERSONAL CARE WORKER, LAUNDRY AND LINEN, WELLNESS CHECKS BY A REGISTERED NURSE, AND DINING OPTIONS. THERE IS AN ONSITE KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM TO SUPPLY MEALS THREE TIMES A DAY TO RESIDENTS. IF THE RESIDENT IS ASSISTED LIVING, A PACKAGE OF SERVICES IS CREATED TO ALLOW THE INDIVIDUAL TO RECEIVE ALL THE CARE THAT THEY NEED.
