THE CIMARRON SCHOOL OF LIVING EDUCATION SEEKS TO PROVIDE A RICH AND EXCELLENT CURRICULUM BY CREATING ENVIRONMENTS THAT FOSTER THE LOVE OF LEARNING. CIMARRON WILL BUILD AUTHENTIC RELATIONSHIPS WITH STUDENTS, FAMILIES, AND STAFF, WHILE ENGAGING STUDENTS WITH A FEAST OF LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES AND EXPERIENCES THAT FOSTER CREATIVITY AND WONDER. THE CIMARRON SCHOOL IS ESTABLISHED AS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF BUILDING A COMMUNITY OF AREA FAMILIES AND PROVIDING A BALANCE OF THE BEST OF TWO WORLDS-HOMESCHOOL AND PRIVATE SCHOOL WITH A HYBRID MODEL OF EDUCATION, FEATURING THE CHARLOTTE MASON EDUCATION PHILOSOPHY.

CIMARRON SCHOOL SUPPORTS OKLAHOMA CITY AREA HOMESCHOOL FAMILIES THROUGH A BLENDED MODEL(60%)HOMESCHOOL, PART (40%)CLASSROOM. IT SERVED 51 STUDENTS THROUGH INSTRUCTION FOCUSED ON A CURRICULUM OF INTEGRATED LEARNING AND STRENGTHENED INDIVIDUALIZED NEEDS, BOTH ACADEMIC AND BEHAVIORAL. FIVE PAID TEACHERS, WITH SPECIFIC TRAINING, EXECUTE ALL CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES. CIMARRON SCHOOL SERVES STUDENTS FROM KINDERGARTEN THROUGH 8TH GRADE. STUDENTS ATTEND CLASSES ON TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS, RECEIVING INSTRUCTION ON A VARIETY OF TOPICS. CIMARRON SCHOOL PROVIDES INSTRUCTIONAL SUPPORT AND ADVICE FOR THE THREE DAYS OF HOMESCHOOLING TO ENRICH AND ENHANCE THE SCHOOL WEEK INSTRUCTIONAL STRATEGY.
