A+ CHARTER SCHOOLS, INC. IS HOME TO THE A+ ACADEMY CHARTER SCHOOL DISTRICT, AND THE INSPIRED VISION ACADEMY CHARTER SCHOOL DISTRICT. EACH DISTRICT HOUSES AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SERVING PK-6TH GRADES, AS WELL AS A SECONDARY SCHOOL, SERVING GRADES 7-12.THE SCHOOLS WERE FOUNDED TO PROVIDE DIFFERENT, QUALITY EDUCATIONAL CHOICES FOR LOW-INCOME, EDUCATIONALLY UNDERSERVED FAMILIES IN SOUTHEAST DALLAS, SET IN A SUPPORTIVE, AND SAFE ENVIRONMENT. IN ESTABLISHING PUBLIC, TUITION-FREE CHARTER SCHOOLS, THE FAMILIES IN THESE COMMUNITIES HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GAIN A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF EDUCATIONAL CONTROL THEY NEVER HAD BEFORE, EMPOWERING THEM TO DEMAND MORE FROM THEIR EDUCATIONAL INSITUTIONS.A+ CHARTER SCHOOLS INC.
