ON JULY 4TH, 2021, A FESTIVAL TO COMMEMORATE THE FOUNDING OF THE NATION WAS HELD. THE CEREMONY FEATURED LOCAL BANDS, FOOD AND DRINKS, CHILDREN'S DANCE TROUPES, AND FIREWORKS. AT DUSK A CEREMONY WAS HELD IN WHICH THE AMERICAN LEGION PRESENTED THE COLORS, OFFERED UP A PRAYER, AND READ THE DECLARATION OF INDPENDENCE. THE NATIONAL ANTHEM WAS ALSO SUNG. APPROXIMATELY 5,000 PEOPLE ATTENDED THE EVENT.
