SPECIFICALLY, THIS AMENDMENT AUTHORIZES SPORTS AND EVENT BETTING AT PROFESSIONAL SPORTS VENUES, PARIMUTUEL FACILITIES, AND STATEWIDE VIA ONLINE SPORTS BETTING PLATFORMS, AND IF BETTING REVENUES ARE TAXED, TAXES MUST SUPPLEMENT THE EDUCATIONAL ENHANCEMENT TRUST FUND.
