THE HEBREW FREE LOAN ASSOCIATION OF TUCSON DBA TUCSON JEWISH FREE LOAN IS A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION THAT HAS SERVED THE INTEREST AND NEEDS OF PEOPLE OF ALL FAITHS IN OUR COMMUNITY SINCE 1947. TUCSON JEWISH FREE LOAN HAS BECOME A LIFELINE FOR THOSE FACING FINANCIAL CHALLENGES IN OUR COMMUNITY.IN 2023, TJFL ORIGINATED 80 NEW LOANS TOTALING $122,390.30. OF THE 80 NEW LOANS, 12 PROVIDED INFLATION RELIEF, 43 WERE PART OF OUR EMPLOYEE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM, AND 25 LOANS WERE FOR GENERAL SUPPORT.ON VETERAN'S DAY 2023, DONORS PAID OFF 8 VETERANS' LOANS TOTALING $9,940.IN 2023, TUCSON JEWISH FREE LOAN JOINED A COLLABORATIVE NETWORK TO PROVIDE WRAP AROUND SERVICES FOR ENTIRE FAMILIES; OFFERING INTEREST-FREE LOANS TO QUALIFIED CONSTITUENTS OF 7 OTHER TRUSTED PARTNERS SERVING SOUTHERN ARIZONA.
