CAAPLE HAS IMPLEMENTED SEVERAL PROGRAM SERVICES TO INCREASE THE REPRESENTATION AND PARTICIPATION OF ASIAN AMERICAN AND PACIFIC ISLANDER (AAPI) MEMBERS IN THE ORGANIZATION. THESE SERVICES INCLUDE MENTORING PROGRAMS, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES, AND LEADERSHIP TRAINING AIMED AT EMPOWERING AAPI EDUCATORS TO TAKE ON LEADERSHIP ROLES IN EDUCATION. CAAPLE HAS ALSO PROVIDED RESOURCES TO HELP AAPI MEMBERS NAVIGATE THE EDUCATION SYSTEM AND OVERCOME THE UNIQUE CHALLENGES THEY FACE. AS A RESULT OF THESE PROGRAM SERVICES, CAAPLE HAS SUCCESSFULLY INCREASED THE NUMBER OF AAPI MEMBERS IN THE ORGANIZATION AND ELEVATED THEIR VOICES AND PERSPECTIVES IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATION.
