OUR MISSION AT WEWFS IS TO HELP WOMEN IN THE FINANCIAL SERVICES INDUSTRY DEVELOP LEADERSHIP SKILLS, BEST IN CLASS BUSINESS PRACTICES, PEER TO PEER CONTACTS, AND CAREER OPPORTUNITIES. WEWFS CORP. PROVIDES WOMEN IN THE INDUSTRY WITH ACCESS TO FEMALE EXECUTIVES FROM LEADING LENDERS AND BANKS IN THE UNITED STATES. THE ORGANIZATION ENDEAVORS TO EMPOWER WOMEN TO SUCCEED AT ALL LEVELS BY PROVIDING A VARIETY OF RESOURCES, INCLUDING OPPORTUNITIES TO PURSUE ADDITIONAL EDUCATION OR A NEW JOB, AND TO CULTIVATE MENTOR-MENTEE RELATIONSHIPS AND COLLABORATE WITH PEERS TO IDENTIFY SOLUTIONS FOR POSITIVE CHANGE. WEWFS HAS NOW HOSTED FOUR ANNUAL EVENTS THAT HAVE HAD EXTREME SUCCESS. THE ATTENDEES INCLUDE THE INDUSTRY'S TOP EXECUTIVE LEADERS, INFLUENTIAL GUEST SPEAKERS, AND INDUSTRY UP AND COMING WOMEN. LEADING COMPANIES IN THE FINANCIAL SERVICES INDUSTRY SPONSOR THE ANNUAL EVENT. TO DATE 17% OF THE WOMEN ATTENDING OUR ANNUAL EVENT HAVE STEPPED OUT TO FEMALE ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND ARE NOW LEADING THEIR OWN SUCCESSFUL COMPANIES. MANY OF THE WOMEN IN THE ORGANIZATION HAVE MOVED TO ASK FOR AND GET NEEDED PROMOTIONS AND PAY INCREASES AS A RESULT OF OUR COLLABORATIVE ENVIRONMENT. SEE SCHEDULE O.
