(OEDP) IS TO REIMAGINE THE WAY WE SHARE AND USE ENVIRONMENTAL AND SCIENTIFIC DATA AND TO ENSURE THAT, AS SCIENTIFIC DATA PROLIFERATES, IT IS USABLE WITHIN A SOCIAL, CULTURAL, AND POLITICAL CONTEXT. WE DEVELOP MANAGEMENT PRACTICES AND COLLABORATIVE GOVERNANCE STRUCTURES TO MAKE ENVIRONMENTAL DATA FROM DIVERSE DATA STREAMS MORE ACCESSIBLE, DIGESTIBLE, AND AVAILABLE TO EVERYONE.

RESEARCH AND POLICY: OPPORTUNITY BRIEFS AND BRAIN TRUSTS: RESEARCH AND POLICY, PRESENTED THROUGH OPPORTUNITY BRIEFS WHICH HIGHLIGHT PLACES FOR CHANGE IN ENVIRONMENTAL DATA AND GOVERNANCE THAT CAN BE IMPLEMENTED BY GOVERNMENT, RESEARCHERS, DESIGNERS, AND OTHERS. WE PLACE THESE BRIEFS DIRECTLY IN THE HANDS OF PEOPLE WHO CAN AFFECT CHANGE THROUGH OUR PARTNERSHIPS AND WORKSHOPS.
