VOTER OUTREACH, - THE CENTER FOR CIVIC PROGRESS INC, (THE CENTER) CONDUCTS CAMPAIGNS OF VOTER OUTREACH TO ENCOURAGE TURNOUT OF REGISTERED VOTERS IN LOCAL ELECTIONS. THE CENTER CREATES AND DISSEMINATES LITERATURE INFORMING VOTERS OF THEIR REGISTRATION STATUS AND THE PROCEDURES FOR REGISTERING AS A VOTER AND/OR CHANGING A VOTERS REGISTRATION. THE CENTER ALSO INFORMS VOTERS AND POTENTIAL VOTERS OF THE STATES EXPANDED PROCEDURES FOR VOTING (INCLUDING MAIL-IN AND ABSENTEE VOTING PROTOCOLS). IN ADDITION, THE APPLICANT DISTRIBUTES INFORMATION INFORMATION REGARDING NEW YORKS RANK CHOICE VOTING. THE CENTER EDUCATES VOTERS AND POTENTIAL VOTERS THROUGH ADS, SOCIAL MEDIA, AND DIRECT MAIL.
